Begin by stirring the certified organic almond and jojoba oils into the lotus exfoliant, celtic sea salt, and epsom salts with the spoon provided. Next, wet your skin in the shower, turn off tap, then gently massage a spoonful at a time over your entire body (except the face). Rinse off. Some people prefer to use soap or a shower gel to remove the oil, but most prefer to simply pat dry and leave the luscious oil layer on to penetrate deeply and moisturise.
